Okinawa is now home to a new Kojima. Unless you haven’t heard, its located going south on HWY 58 about 1 mile away from Camp Kinser. Its a great store that I heard was coming here. I asked Hiromi what it was all about and basicly, its kind of like Jusco, but this store deals more with electronics. Its kind of like our Best Buy, but not too much, because it has some Wal-Martish stuff as well. Actully, I didn’t check if they had food there. But I will find out and give you guys a better update on their products. Anway, I’m excited because its just another step of growth. New products, new prices, more jobs. I’m still awaiting to see what the econmic difference is going to be when the military leaves Okinawa in the next years. The final year I hear is 2012, that is when they are all suppose to be in Guam. Loss of jobs, less cash flow. I wonder…and I wait.
