		<description>Usually, there is nothing cheaper for me to do other than get on the internet or play on my PSP or PS2.  There are others things Kris and I do though, such as taking walks with the dog on campus (we have a really pretty campus), taking our chihuahua to the dog park on Saturdays, or watching a movie whether it be in the theatre or a rental.  We also like to visit museums for free on Thursdays here in Houston.  Hmm. 

As far as "disconnecting", well, it's a bit hard for me to do that.  I read the news every day as part of my personal conviction to be on top of my game as a social worker.  It's basically the same thing that you said about how it's hard to be a Marine and not be fit.  It's hard to be a social worker without reading the news.  Protecting and defending those in need is a 24-7 job just like being a soldier is also a 24-7 job.</description>
