Vonage is facing a class action lawsuit due to their statements in their IPO. I was actully going to purchase a huge amount of shares via the IPO but now, I’m glad I didn’t. Just a heads up if you bought some of their shares recently via the IPO. Now that the stock is taking a huge hit, I plan on buying a few shares, if I see a demand, I’ll buy more.
