Something is coming up…another deployment. A chances came, and it caught me. MEU Service Support Group 31 is a deployment that is sought after by many Marines stationed on Okinawa and in Japan. The MEU takes you everywhere in Asia and sometimes even to as far as Iraq if needed. Thailand, Philippines, Korea, Australia and mainland Japan. Its a trip. 6 months on ship and land. Considering this is my first term, the MEU would open so many new experiences for me.
I wonder if I am going to go or if not. If not, I’m glad, and if I do go, I am also glad, but I would have broken a seal that I didn’t want broken. I don’t want to leave Hiromi alone again, but duty calls. At least I would make some extra cash. That could be a pro for this deployment. Gosh, the G! Should I pass up this deployment?

It all depends what you ultimately want. This is the last amount of time you have left left in the core, and you have to weigh out whether or not you want to take it easy or go out with a bang.
