Being married and living off base, I now own a car. I’ve had it for over two weeks now and having it has been a total blast so far. I enjoy attention so I knew I needed a car that was going to get people’s attention. Aside for a stereo that isn’t to my par, it has everything I wanted and very little that I don’t.
It is a white 1993 Toyota Mark II. Grande edition with the 2.5 L engine. The higher performance model has the turbo but this inline 6 does the job when I need it. It has a generic ground effects kit that is popular among the Mark IIs here but what makes mine different is the paint and rims. Sparkling white paint and big, chrome 19″ rims!!!
Yes sir, I like when people pull up next to me and see the big rims looking back and they stare then they glance up at me but like The Color Changin Clique said.. “Please don’t stare at us.” Besides my semi-bumpin music system, which will be upgraded sometime here soon, I get alot of stares for my rims. Japan has these cars with the smallest tires I’ve ever seen. 13″s and 15″s are the norm here. So anytime above 17 is gigantic. I’m just thinking, wow, what if I got a truck and threw some 22″ on there?
Below is a picture to tide you over but please use cation! You may fall in love with my car but I am a few miles away from you in the Americus.
